Verina Marcel is a Model, Actress and Entrepreneur, born in Cologne, Germany.

Verina began her modeling career as a young teenager, when she was discovered by an agency in Düsseldorf. Booking her first modeling gigs, and building her modeling portfolio. Verina then moved to Milan, where she signed with the top agency,Fashion. Up on her arrival, her agent prepared for her a list of castings and go-see’s, she booked all of them.

Verina started quickly getting recognition in the modeling world. It all began when she received a casting call from Helmut Newton’s assistant, to shoot the Lavazza calendar.

He took a polaroid of Verina and the next day she got booked to shoot with the legendary photographer Helmut Newton in Monte Carlo, at the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel. Helmut Newton was so impressed with Verina, that he told her he would love to work with her again; this time to shoot Graff Diamonds for Vogue Paris.

Getting the validation from the world famous photographer meant everything to Verina, and she soon became his favorite. More work with Helmut Newton followed. She was the inspiration for many of his shoots, Verina’s photographs are also part of Newton’s permanent art collection at the Helmut Newton Foundation in Berlin.

Verina moved to NYC and signed with the top agency IMG Models, when she received a direct booking to shot a Guess campaign. She enjoys being part of the fashion world, working with all the top Fashion designers and brands. She graced the covers and shot editorials for the most notable fashion magazines including Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Elle, Marie Clare, W Magazine…

Verina is based in Los Angeles, Miami and NYC.

She has gained remarkable success as a high fashion model in Europe and the United States. She’s been the face and spokesmodel for numerous ad campaigns such as La Perla, Guess, Chanel, Armani, Gucci, Prada, YSL and Valentino and walked their runway shows. Verina also works in TV and film, has starred and had guest appearances in TV shows like the hit show Veronica Mars next to Kristen Bell and movie’s like National Lampoon’s TV: The Movie, next to Lee Majors, in addition to various other movie’s and music videos for many bands also,Filter with Carmen Electra. She starred in numerous commercials for major brands like Nikon with Ashton Kutcher, Mercedes, Cadillac, Old Spice, Odyssey Golf, to name a few. Verina’s is the muse, In-house model and consultant for Lloyd Klein Couture for many years.

Her success continues, she is currently designing a fashion line with a collaboration of the iconic fashion designer Lloyd Klein for her brand, VERINA.
